This is how it all began…
Since I was 7 years old, oddly enough I’ve been collecting vinyls. I can’t remember a stage in my life when I didn’t play or listen to music.Β In the 80’s, as a college student, I started selling vinyls at Monastiraki on the weekends and this gradually evolved into a store and then, during the financial crisis in Greece it became a family business.
I get inspiration from…
Fortunately the world of music is full of inspiration for my job, and also the beautiful young people who occupy themselves with music in our country.
The artist or project that inspired me is…
There are so many that I can’t name them all. But let’s say from Karlheinz Stockhausen to Brian Eno…
The Meet Market for me is…
The meeting point for the most positive people in town. It rejuvenates us.
In 5 years I see myself…
Selling records.
In 5 years I dream to see myself…
I dream that people will be smiling more.
The tool in my workshop, I can’t live without is…
My record player.
The strangest job I have ever done is…
In the 80’s I used to record video games and programs on cassettes.
If I could have dinner with anyone (living or dead), it would be….
All of my friends who live abroad.
…and I would take them to….
The beach for a picnic and sleepover.
I won the lottery. Now, I can finally…
Travel and go to all the concerts and also be a producer to new artists.
In my next life, I would like to come back as…
A trout.
My strangest habit is…
Listening to strange recordings on records and collectiing old machines that are music related.
