Καλλιεργείται σε δύο χωράφια στο Καλλίδρομο, σε υψόμετρο 800 και 1000μ. με βιολογικές μεθόδους, χωρίς λίπανση ή φυτοφάρμακα, συγκομίζεται γύρω στις 20 Ιουνίου και μένει σε σκιά να στεγνώσει χωρίς να αλλοιωθεί το χρώμα και η γεύση του. Είναι δυναμωτικό για το ανοσοποιητικό, αντιμικροβιακό, με αποδεδειγμένη δράση κατά της νόσου Αλτσχάϊμερ.

Tips
For one cup of tea, add hot water over 5 to 8gr of herbs and wait for 6minutes, strain and serve. Add honey and a lemon slice if you like.
