Nama Freshlymade
Nama Freshlymade was born out of my love for nature and my desire to craft skincare products that truly nourish the skin, made with pure, natural ingredients.
My journey with natural cosmetics began when I realized what was actually inside the commercial products I was using at the time. This motivated me to replace them and create alternatives that respect and nurture the skin in the most natural way possible.
Soaps are crafted using the traditional cold-process method. This means they are made at low temperatures, which helps preserve the beneficial properties of the raw ingredients in the final product.

Return policy:
If a product is defective or damaged during shipping, customers have the right to request:
1.Replacement of the product.
2. Cancellation of the purchase and a full refund.
In cases where a refund is requested due to a defective or damaged product, the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded as soon as possible and no later than 30 calendar days from the date we receive the defective product.
For any other case of order withdrawal:
According to Article 3e of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In such cases, the full purchase amount must be refunded via bank transfer no later than 14 calendar days from the date the withdrawal request is submitted.
To proceed, the customer must ensure that the product and its packaging remain intact and in their original condition.
In the case of a withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
