Our ceramics are made using natural materials, carefully selected for their quality and sustainability. We use stoneware clay for most of our products, which is known for its strength and versatility. The clay is shaped by hand, giving each item a unique character and texture. We also incorporate non-toxic glazes, which are safe for daily use and enhance the beauty of each piece with vibrant colors and a smooth finish.
We use a combination of traditional and contemporary techniques to create our pieces. The process starts with the shaping of the clay, followed by a delicate drying period. Once the piece is dried, it's fired in the kiln at a high temperature to achieve its final form. Afterward, we carefully apply glazes , ensuring that each item gets its own personal touch.

Return policy:
Our company gives you the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In the event that you, for some reason, want the replacement of a product, our company gives you the option as long as the following conditions apply:
Contact our company and state that you wish to exchange the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• The product to be replaced has not been used, has not suffered damage from use and its packaging must be in excellent condition.
In the case of the products damaged upon delivery, we request you contact us within 24 hours, with a photo of the damaged goods as evidence.
•The product to be replaced is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (receipt). If the product to be replaced meets the above conditions then you can send it to our headquarters and we will replace it with any other product of your choice.
In this case, you will bear the transport costs of receiving and sending the new one. If the product has not been returned for replacement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, then our company does not undertake any replacement.
