Lets gets sweaty!
The Meet Market is back this May 9 & 10, and we are in training mode for the summer! Its time to get ourselves in shape and burn some calories, as we take off our winter layers, so we are heading over to Fokianos Sports Park and cafe. Its the first time we head to this impressive, histortical venue in central Athens, founded in the late 1800’s and set inside the luscious gardens of Zappio, and right across from Kalimarmaro, so we are taking the opportunity to celebrate both entrepreneurship and fitness!
Α weekend full of shopping & activities
Along side 80 plus stall of local creations and innovations, we will also have ping pong tournaments, billiard competitions, and a variety of seminars through out the weekend from Capoeira Banzo de Senzala Athens, Wu Shu Kung Fu from Atrapos, acrobatics from Circus Dayz and fitness training from Street Workout Athens.

Our little friends
can participate in all of the above activities plus even more games from Pygolampides, Panigiraki and Baby Feat. And mommies with their younger children can visit the massively amazing playground opposite Fokianos. Of course, as always, we’ll have our classic non-stop dj lineup, and plenty of prizes to win at the central tameio!

The Wushu Kung Fu is a sport based on traditional Chinese martial arts and philosophy. Wushu in Chinese literally means “martial art” while in the West, it is better known as Kung Fu, which means “life philosophy”.

The Street Games will surprise you! Games that express your strength, speed, and agility and are above all, full of fun and laughter. The specialized team of Street Workout Athens will be coordinating sports games for adults and children, promising to be action packed, and encourage team spirit and of course competition! Choreography workshop
Sunday | 15:00 – 16:00
With guidance from the Eleni, everyone creates his or her own choreography. Together, we will compose the material of a mini dance performance.
Through the workshop will have the opportunity to learn the structure of creating a choreography and integrate our feelings, our hopes, our fear and our energy.
Capoeira

The Academy of Capoeira Banzo de Senzala in Atenas has been operating since 2001 in Athens, and is dedicated to the development of Capoeira in Athens, preserving the origin and traditions of this art.
