All our jewelry comes thoughtfully packaged as a gift, either in a branded box or an organic cotton pouch, depending on the item. Each piece is accompanied by a jewelry care card signed by the maker, offering tips to keep it in pristine condition.

Please avoid exposing it to water, sunlight, or harsh environments by removing it before showering, swimming, or applying makeup and perfume. You may return and exchange any item within 14 days of receiving your order. For a exchange to be accepted, the product must be in its original, unused condition, accompanied by the original invoice, receipt, or gift receipt, and in its original packaging. 1. Please contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Allow 1-3 days for our response. Please follow the instructions provided in our email. 2. Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with all packaging, tags, and components intact. 3. Include the original receipt or invoice with the returned product. 4.
